Founder of boulevard kids, Jacinda Bowring, has always had a passion for beautiful things and a well trained eye for style. Her interest in quality furnishings and interiors stems right back to a very early age, “Even at the age of ten, when asked what I’d like for my birthday, instead of wanting the latest toy I had my eye on a gorgeous vintage bed head!”

Jacinda’s love for interior styling and furnishings has combined with her extensive travels around the world, in particular to North America. Having spent much of her time in Los Angeles, her absolute favourite place for inspiration and shopping is L.A’s infamous boutique shopping precinct ‘The Grove’. Home to some of the world’s best quality children’s brands and furnishings, she found herself buying more and more for her nephews back in New Zealand.

Her popularity as the ‘buyer on behalf’ for so many of her friends and family, along with the lack of stylish quality produced nursery furnishings available back home, led to the launch of boulevard kids.
